Malaysians are so ignorant !

I was on the way back from classes and while i was waiting for the freaking bus at the bus stop, there was construction work at the opposite side of the road. That construction was there for quite some time now. They are building a fly-over bridge to ease the traffic jams (we shall see whether it worked or not). And so i was listening to music with my MP3 when i saw the construction workers climbing a so-call "ladder". You know, those criss-cross wooded/metal made ladder? I saw how he climbed the "ladder", and it does not look very stable to me. The guy was not wearing any safety helmet or any safety belt! Instead, he was just wearing a cap! It wasn't that high. He'll just probably fall with bruises and stuff. And he wasn't doing anything to the extreme. He was just putting cement or something but still...!!! That's not how it's suppose to be! I've seen many of these construction workers not wearing helmets before and honestly, i feel scared for them. Are they not?
*Sigh*
Whether those workers are foreign workers or locals, the company should like, enforce a rule saying it is a must wearing safety helmets!!!
